For “Wat zit er in die dikke buik?” I teamed up with writer Bette Westera, and Gottmer . It’s a cardboard book with flaps, perfect for any child from 18 months onwards who is curious about where babies come from and any future big brother or sister. In her quirky, playful tone and in accessible nursery rhyme, Bette lets children guess what is hidden in the big bellies of all kinds of animals. Each page features a different animal with a remarkably big belly.
